Jeff is the CEO of OurExperienceCounts.com. He has over 30 years experience in marketing and sales in technology industries. He founded and served as CEO at Innovative Robotics for 9 years. He has also held various senior management positions where he has demonstrated the ability to establish or revitalize businesses. While with VLSI Technology he setup and managed that company's Asian operations, which included three ASIC design centers. In three years revenues grew from less than $1 million to over $70 million annually. In addition to his work at OurExperienceCounts.com, he also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Borgata Recycling and also provides career counseling at ProMatch (a nationally recognized career counseling center for Silicon Valley professionals).
The vision for OurExperienceCounts.com is to become a web community for experienced workers that would provide support, education and most of all hope for those of us seeking to extend their careers in a meaningful way. It is also our ambition to continually improve the user experience with both better content and easy accessibility. It is with this goal in mind that we are proud to announce that OurExperienceCounts.com has listened to the requests made by its members and is introducing our newly redesigned site. The changes will appear subtle at first, with the biggest change being that every member will now have his or her unique member page, but our new site has the flexibility to grow and change into a web community that includes, online workshops, blogs, user forums, user groups, articles and Webinars.
